The equipment
consists of distribution hopper, feeding
devices, electronic scale, materials
distributor, feed hopper, valve opening
clamp, auto-vibration device, conveying
system, weighing transmitter, intelligent
weighing instrument F701, and electric
magnetic logical control unit etc.
Gravity feeding is used for feeding system, and the process is controlled by intelligent electronic control systems. So, the processes of cramping bag, feeding, weighing and discharging materials, etc. all can be performed automatically. Equipped with conveyor and sewing auxiliary machine, the production line can finish packaging, measuring, sealing, and conveying. Furthermore, equipped with bag auto-supplying machine and bag auto-fitting machine, the whole process can be automatically completed. The imported

controlling system and the sampling rate
is 100 times/s. The A/D transfer is 16

Function:
1.Use adjustable feeding. According to different types of material characteristics, different feeding speeds are applied for filling measuring tank, which increase feeding speed, also assure quantitative precision.

3.According to different types of materials, auto falling differential correction function can increase quantitative precision.
4.Whole panel digital calibration and parameters setting of quantitative instrument make operation much easy.
5.Have materials weight totalizing function including bag quantities counter. The user can easily check.
6.Control instrument has printer machine output connection port which is easy for printing totalizing value and bag quantities.
7.Customer is able to set processing time for various stages based on the actual working conditions due to having several software programming timer.
