Our Co. is specialized to produce all kinds of Screw Convey machine. It has the following features: 
1. It is used for various materials conveying such as dry powder, wet powder, hot materials (below 200 degree C). It also can meet corrosion resistance and materials sealing requirements. 
2. Equipment Characteristics 
Based on the advanced technology of big scale chemical facility screw convey machine, we designed all specification screw convey machines with good rigidity, stable operation, easy 

alignment, reliable sealing. Imported roll bearings are used for supporting screw shaft ends with long operation life circle and easy assembly. Suspended shaft bush can be used for special
requirements, for instance, the life span can reach one year if non-metal high molecular materials with good wearing and corrosion resistance are used. 
3. Structure Characteristics 
In accordance with different production process demands, the screw convey machine can be designed: 
a. Feed and discharge at the end side. 
b. Feed at the middle side, discharge at both ends or discharge in turn at both ends. 
c. Feed at both ends, discharge at the middle. 
d. Feed at either one end or middle side, discharge at another end or both ends shaft radial direction. 
4. Materials Selection 
Different materials can be used such as carbon steel, 0Cr18Ni9（304）、0Cr17Ni12Mo2（316L）及00Cr17Ni12Mo2（316L）.

The biggest diameter is 800mm with 20m length, 45Kw power, 0Cr18Ni9、00Cr17Ni12Mo2 materials, satisfactorily meet clients’ production process requirements.
