CMD 25H Type Auto-Weighing Bagging Machine is designed specifically for weighing and packaging of flaky material (e.g. flaky caustic soda, fatty alcohol, sulfur). It can also be applicable to other materials which have similar size and flow properties. 
The equipment can be combined with PS20 type pulverize, stainless steel belt conveyer, plastic film continuous sealing machine, GK35-2 type folding and sewing machine, etc. to form 

a complete production line. It can perform material-cracking, weighing, packaging and inter bag hot-sealing, and outer bag sewing etc. function.
The imported weighing controller is used in the electronic weighing control system and the sampling rate is 100times/s. A/D transfer is 16 positions. There are course and fine particle feeding set value, single bag weight set value, bag quantities counter, weight, totalize, auto-peeling, zero auto-adjustment, tolerance auto-correction, tolerance exceeding alarm, and trouble diagnosis etc. function. According to the customer's requirements, the system also can be equipped with communication port interface for DCS control.
