Our plant started to develop and produce Liquid Filling Machine in 1999, mainly used for liquid weighing and filling application in chemical, petrochemical, food process industries, also can be used in filling and weighing epoxy resin, alcohol, and edible oil etc. 
The machine consists of the following main parts: machine base, sensor, machine supporting structure, lifting and falling cylinder, lance and electric control components etc.

The key equipment components and technology such as sensor, weighing controller and lance etc. are imported from UNIPULSE CO. JAPAN, which is a famous weighing controller manufacturer in Japan. Wuxi Lima has been cooperating with UNIPULSE Co. in solid materials weighing bagging system for many years. 
Equipment Operation Principle: 
After the drum positioned in the right place, the lance will be automatically lowed down and the lance will be positioned in the drum-filling hole and the status will be confirmed. The lance starts filling liquid; the weighing controller will sample 100 times per second and convert into digital signal. Big quantity and small quantity of feeding all can be settled by set point values. After the filling is over, the lance will be lifted to the top, the filled drum will be moved away from filling area. One filling cycle is completed. 
Right now, the drum filling hole is aligned manually (this is more suitable for middle and small drum). The equipment meets explosion proof standard d II BT4; the electric controlling system should be installed away from explosion proof area. The equipment main parts are made from stainless steel SUS304.
