Propone polymerization reactor is the key equipment for batch type liquid phase polymerization of PP. Since 1988 we have designed and fabricated this type of reactors. In the design process, we carefully listen to all PP producers¡¯ idea about equipment quality, and properties also absorbed domestic and foreign advanced technology. On this basis, our advanced products were developed and improved. Now, the reactor has been up-grated and developed into H and K series of products, which stands for the fourth generation product.
Features: The product was specially developed in sealing, agitation, and heat transferring.
A. High efficiency, reliable packing sealing; optimized packing combination. The flange connection was used for up and down packing chambers, which make easy, convenient packing changing; even the press force can be tightened without shutting down the operation. The packing chamber uses double channels lubrication system which will greatly postpone the copper socket life span and ensure the balance of agitation and the tight sealing of packing. The packing can be used for one year without changing due to effectively packing sealing.
B. Specially designed agitation system. Balanced type double screw belt structure has better balance than single screw belt so that the radial swinging can be controlled better (less than 0.06mm radial swinging) and the packing life span can be increased, which is
much better than other domestic manufacturers' 0.2mm. The optimized screw belt and shell structure design makes the shell and screw belt impeller on non-working surface, which leads the materials flow route reasonable, decreases the shell resistance to agitator, effectively lower the shaft power consumption and ensure the current not exceeding.
C. The heat-exchanging surface is 37.4 m2. The guide plate in the jacket is welded in the inner column and the gap between guide plate and jacket is strictly controlled.
The special design increase the heat transferring coefficient, better heat exchanging effect, short reaction time and satisfy high efficiency catalyst requirement.
