The fixed bed reactor (including carbonyl chloride gas synthesis reactor) take Hal removal reactor as typical. The carbonyl chlorination reaction occurs in the tubes inside in presence of catalysts, while high temperature media such as hot oil, melted salts etc. flow in the outside of tubes to 

offer required heat for reaction. We use special design and fabrication process of the tube-shell flow channel to assure relatively uniform temperature distribution in the whole equipment.. The whole temperature difference tested by customer shows below 3 degree C, which indicates the leading position technology level in China.
