JGM SERIES SUPERSONIC GAS FLOW PULVERIZER, GAS CLASSIFIER

This type equipment is fabricated by LIMA company based on the technology provided by Chinese universities. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutics, pesticide, and metallurgical etc. industries for super fine pulverization.
The equipment parts which contact materials are lined white rigid jade like materials, therefore, it can obtain super-fine and super-pure powder as well. The fineness range can reach 1 um to 47 um, and it can be adjusted in accordance with customer requirements. The materials which can be pulverized using this type machine include pigments, coatings, fillers, medicals, semiconductor, high grade grinding materials, solid lubricants ( graphite, MOS2 ), high grade ceramics, food, cosmetics, and its additives etc.

The gas classifier designed by our CAD Center can be used for extraction per grade, each grade: 5 um, the maximum grading efficiency can reach 100%.
